All photographs have been made by Meryl Levin during the 2004 Democratic Primary season in New Hampshire. All text has been written, as noted, by participating staff members of the campaigns set up in the state between February 2003 and January 2004. Additional text by co-author Will Kanteres will also appear in the final book form.
